Purchased transcription minutes never expire. You can use them at any time after purchase. Your account works across multiple systems — simply log in with the same credentials on any device to access your balance.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not typically offer refunds for purchased transcription minutes. If you believe there has been an error with your purchase or account, please contact our support team.
